Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pick-up, delivery, or event date may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable retainer, if applicable. Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests made in advance, subject to availability.

Yes! Our grazing tables require a 20-person minimum.

Yes — delivery is available for many orders, but may be limited on high-volume dates based on scheduling and availability. If delivery is unavailable for your selected date, pickup will be required. Delivery fees may apply based on location. Grazing tables are styled on-site and require a $125 setup fee.

Yes. Grazing tables and custom event orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Standard platter and box orders are paid in full at the time of booking. For orders with a retainer, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event, pick-up, or delivery date.

Absolutely! Please include any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences in your inquiry form so we can best accommodate your event.

Each board and table is styled fresh for your event. While the overall look and quality will stay consistent, ingredients and styling may vary slightly based on seasonal availability!

Yes — we’re happy to accommodate changes whenever possible. Any updates to your order, including guest count, item selections, add-ons, or delivery details, must be requested at least 5 days before your scheduled pick-up, delivery, or event date. All changes are subject to availability and may result in a pricing adjustment.
